*SALWACO TO RESTORE WATER SUPPLY IN MILE 91 ON OCTOBER 19TH*

The Sierra Leone Water Company (SALWACO) completed the maintenance of its 150mm pipe along the Bo-Freetown highway, Mile 91. The announcement was made by Ing. Osman Pele Bangura, SALWACO’s Station Manager in Mile 91.

He said that water will be supplied effectively on the said date from 6am to 12pm.

The re-engineering processes at SALWACO are borne out of the desire to match standards, a vision that has been sanctioned by the Board of Directors, MD and DMD and the entire SALWACO leadership.

The restoration of water supply has been a key activity that the company has embarked on in various parts of the country and in all its areas of operations.

It is however hoped that people will make use of such opportunities and that they’d accordingly pay for water rates at the designated minimal rates.
